Why we made Global Music Awardz

 I started Global Music Awardz because, to be truly honest, I was fed up with the way that other music contests were run. I, myself, have entered many online contests. They would always boast about how they would do this and that, but, when it came down to it, they were just out to take your cake and give you the crumbs. I knew they didn’t care one bit about the music, they were just focused on their paychecks. One even sent me a fake award and told me that I could record in their studio; they were also happy to take my money to do it! I was tired of it. One day, I said to myself, I am going to team up with some of the industries best Producers, Engineers, and Studios and create a contest by musicians for musicians. So I did. As a musician, engineer, and producer, I have worked with Grammy-winning producers and engineers that have sold tens of millions of records, and I have been in studios all over the world. I had all the tools I needed to create a real award that could really help artists and the industry.

 I want to give artists all over the world the opportunity to be heard, and feel like what they do is important, because it is! And I can’t think of a better way to do it. I want to give you, the artists, the ultimate exposure you deserve. What better way than to take you beyond your neighborhood venues, beyond the bars, and beyond your city, and into the world!
